Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a receptionist or similar customer service role preferred
  • availability to work weekends and varied shifts
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • basic computer skills including familiarity with office software
  • professional and courteous demeanor
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Provide office and clerical support to the facilities team
  • greet all facility guests warmly and professionally
  • direct calls and guests to the appropriate parties
  • receive, sort, and forward incoming mail
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • manage scheduling and appointment coordination as needed
  • assist with general administrative tasks as required
