Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two years related experience and/or training
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe PDF, and Excel software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds weekly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe PDF, and Excel software
- Strong language skills to compose correspondence and proofread documents
- Ability to follow detailed but simple instructions
- Good communication skills to interact with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
Job Duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
- Take and deliver messages when appropriate
- Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
- Receive, sort, and deliver mail
- Handle all outgoing mail including operation of postage meter and expedited shipping
- Make travel arrangements
- Order office supplies
- Lift, move, and organize inventory
- Perform other office duties such as electronic filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining coffee and meeting areas
- Coordinate setup and use of conference rooms, vehicles, and conference call services
- Complete miscellaneous tasks such as coordinating holiday giving efforts and blood drives, and assisting other departments as needed
- Operate in a climate of confidentiality
