Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Two years related experience and/or training
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe PDF, and Excel software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds weekly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe PDF, and Excel software
  • Strong language skills to compose correspondence and proofread documents
  • Ability to follow detailed but simple instructions
  • Good communication skills to interact with supervisors, coworkers, and clients

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Take and deliver messages when appropriate
  • Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information
  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Receive, sort, and deliver mail
  • Handle all outgoing mail including operation of postage meter and expedited shipping
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Order office supplies
  • Lift, move, and organize inventory
  • Perform other office duties such as electronic filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining coffee and meeting areas
  • Coordinate setup and use of conference rooms, vehicles, and conference call services
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks such as coordinating holiday giving efforts and blood drives, and assisting other departments as needed
  • Operate in a climate of confidentiality
