Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage appointment scheduling and conference room bookings
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure that all guest and employee inquiries are handled promptly
