Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role in a professional environment preferably within financial services or corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative duties and client information
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and courteous demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for clients and wealth advisors
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and well-presented
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Serve as a communication hub between clients, advisors, and internal departments
- Issue visitor badges, maintain visitor logs, and ensure adherence to security protocols
