Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience answering telephones or in customer service
- experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- ability to interact tactfully with employees, residents, and visitors
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- compassion for and desire to work with elderly individuals
- honesty, fairness, and dependability

Job Qualifications
