Job Requirements

  • Must pass pre-employment background check including criminal record, drug screening, and motor vehicle record
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US without current or future sponsorship
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of office business experience
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and database management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • CPR certification within 30 days of employment

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and database management
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, problem solve, and manage time effectively

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Strong keyboard skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • CPR certification within 30 days of employment and maintain throughout employment

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and assist with contact person or meeting room
  • Screen and direct all calls to appropriate contact
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Manage room reservations and cleanliness
  • Manage parking validations and sign-in
  • Maintain Break Room by starting and emptying coffee machine
  • Monitor Emergency Response System and respond to emergencies timely
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain safe work environment
  • Maintain daily logs, records, and forms including staff attendance
  • Answer telephone, record messages, and direct calls
  • Record sign-in and sign-out log sheets
  • Receive incoming and outgoing mail for distribution
  • Ensure timely delivery of mail to appropriate personnel
  • Order and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare agendas, information packets, and materials
  • Maintain cleanliness of work room and general office equipment
  • Assist with Summer Enrichment Program
  • Draft letters, memoranda, budgets, and reports
  • Plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Assist with meetings and workshops including preparation and arrangements
