Job Duties

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism
  • Provide support to the Receptionist, CFO Assistant, and Accounting Department including accounts receivable check logging, accounts payable invoice posting and organizing, payroll data entry, archiving, and general data entry
  • Assist in identifying customer needs and perform administrative duties
  • Maintain and renew business licenses and permits
  • Process business license renewals for various cities including handling online payments or coordinating payments with Accounts Payable
  • Complete all necessary company paperwork as required
