Job Duties
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism
- Provide support to the Receptionist, CFO Assistant, and Accounting Department including accounts receivable check logging, accounts payable invoice posting and organizing, payroll data entry, archiving, and general data entry
- Assist in identifying customer needs and perform administrative duties
- Maintain and renew business licenses and permits
- Process business license renewals for various cities including handling online payments or coordinating payments with Accounts Payable
- Complete all necessary company paperwork as required
