Job Duties

  • Process checkouts and transactions using POS systems or cash logs
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Manage patient communications, including voicemails, emails, and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of office activities
  • Support patients with paperwork and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with lead calls, appointment bookings, and renewals
  • Operate and troubleshoot office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting daily office functions
