Job Duties
- Greet patients and assist with check-in, intake forms, and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment and ensure supplies are stocked
- Enter patient data into electronic systems and update profiles as needed
- Process checkouts and transactions using POS systems or cash logs
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Manage patient communications, including voicemails, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of office activities
- Support patients with paperwork and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with lead calls, appointment bookings, and renewals
- Operate and troubleshoot office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting daily office functions
