Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- basic computer proficiency
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- ability to work as part of a team

- previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- basic computer skills including familiarity with POS systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- knowledge of retail products is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- able to maintain professionalism and organization throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes including Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
- process transactions and issue receipts
- maintain general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- manage answering phone calls
- inform customers about services
- update customer records with contact information
- assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
- deliver great customer service
- resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- work in a fast-paced environment
