Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of customer service experience
- ability to use multi-line telephone systems
- proficiency in MS Office applications
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to follow established policies and procedures

- physical ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- ability to attend required meetings and training sessions

Job Duties
- Answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties
- operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages
- greet visitors entering establishment and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries
- perform word processing duties as assigned
- report any issues or problems that may arise to the Administrator
- comply with state, federal, and all other applicable health care and safety standards
- assist families and other visitors as needed
- attend in-services and other required meetings
- perform other duties and tasks as assigned
