Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred
  • Ideally past administrative or clerical experience, open to hospitality and restaurant backgrounds
  • Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Ability to proactively multitask with integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong ability to take initiative, coupled with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation
  • Ability to work 40 hours with one weekend day per week
  • May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices

Job Duties

  • First point of customers via phone and in-person
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service
  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is accurate
  • Oversee customer lounge is clean and well-stocked
  • Provide assistance to Sales, Service and Retail teams with clerical responsibilities
  • Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s)
  • Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls
