Job Duties

Completing patient registration
updating patient accounts
scheduling patient appointments
collecting fees due at time of service including outstanding balances within EMR
answering calls and directing them to the appropriate party
ensuring proper documentation is gathered and processed
performing eligibility checks
processing incoming and outgoing documents
