Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework
  • Support the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) process by welcoming patients and ensuring their comfort during visits
  • Schedule appointments to ensure healthcare providers have smooth, productive days
  • Interact and communicate with patients and guests in the reception area
  • Answer telephones promptly and manage calls efficiently
  • Complete all daily front office checklist tasks
  • Post payments to patient accounts according to company policies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in practice management systems for patient registration and e-check-in
  • Efficiently check patients in, obtain necessary consents, and notify back office promptly
  • Confirm patient appointments at least two days in advance
  • Return and resolve all patient messages from the Contact Center in a timely manner
  • Participate actively in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other required meetings
  • Understand business imperatives and their impact on office metrics
  • Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand and make consistent decisions aligned with brand standards
  • Support clinicians in patient education regarding the Mouth-Body Connection
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
