Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a receptionist or guest service role preferred
  • ability to work Monday through Friday mornings and occasional Saturdays
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • availability to work part-time hours totaling more than 20 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role is preferred
  • cash handling experience is a plus
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems
  • passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
  • answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed
  • provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence, to various departments as needed
  • maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area
  • offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait
  • collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
  • manage occasional Saturday shifts with additional hourly compensation
