Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or guest service role preferred
- ability to work Monday through Friday mornings and occasional Saturdays
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- friendly and professional demeanor
- availability to work part-time hours totaling more than 20 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role is preferred
- cash handling experience is a plus
- excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems
- passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
- answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed
- provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence, to various departments as needed
- maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area
- offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait
- collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
- manage occasional Saturday shifts with additional hourly compensation
