Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 6 months to a year of experience in a related role
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 6 months to a year of related experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel

- ability to work collectively with the administrative team associates
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and direct visitors to the company
- answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate
- provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
- schedule guests for entry through C-Cure system
- maintain conference room calendars
- receive, sort and forward incoming mail
- maintain and route publications
- coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx, UPS, Messenger, etc.
- receive, stock, and distribute office supplies
- assist with other related clerical duties, typing of memos, photocopying, faxing, filing, or collating
- perform other relevant duties as assigned
