Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

- receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- ensure that all guest and employee inquiries are handled promptly
