Job Requirements
- All applicants hired by Ben E. Keith Beverages are required by the State of Texas to obtain two TABC licenses
- must be 18 yrs or older to apply
- high school graduate or GED required

- Must be 18 yrs or older to apply
- high school graduate or GED required
- ability to learn and use relevant internal computer applications
- ability to use 10-key by touch preferred
- basic computer skills preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment
- highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail
- organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- must be able to read and write English
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls
- perform routine data entry
- perform basic bookkeeping activities
- maintain office records
- assist with research projects
- attend meetings as required
- provide administrative and clerical support wherever needed
- ensure that the BEK administrative requirements are performed accurately and in a timely manner
- fill in for office manager or administrator as needed
- prioritize multiple, competing priorities
- perform job duties in a manner that protect employee and company confidentiality
- project a friendly, professional image at all times
- perform other administrative duties as assigned
