Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles preferred
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

Greet and assist visitors, residents, and prospective candidates with warmth and professionalism
Operate a multi-line telephone system, respond to inquiries, and accurately take messages
Monitor and manage visitor flow, including doctors, consultants, and vendors
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
