Job Requirements

  • high school education or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • organizational and multitasking abilities
  • computer skills including MS Office
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
  • strong initiative and leadership capability
  • reliability and personal responsibility
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • first point of contact for customers
  • greet and welcome customers
  • set tone for a positive customer experience
  • check in VIP appointments and direct customers to appropriate team members
  • coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • track incoming sales calls in CRM
  • maintain a strong work ethic with commitment to success
  • assist customers with questions directed to the reception desk
  • perform other duties as assigned
