Job Requirements

Ability to pass a background check
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and breath alcohol test

Job Qualifications

Previous front desk experience using a multi-line telephone system
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred

Job Duties

Greet visitors, connect them with their point of contact, and offer refreshments while they wait
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Sort and open incoming mail and distribute packages
Maintain the visitor sign-in process including the allocation of PPE and administration of the Safety Briefing video when needed
Maintain and update company phone lists and rosters
Monitor and order office supplies
Assist with meeting setup, including refreshments/meals, materials, and equipment
Provide data entry support and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Assist with onboarding tasks, such as preparing welcome packets for new hires
Other clerical duties as assigned
