Job Requirements

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Be 18 years or older
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrate professionalism in dress and conduct
Available to work part-time on weekends and Tuesdays

Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred

Job Duties

Contribute to a positive associate culture
Perform essential clerical duties
Answer phones and greet all guests with enthusiasm
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff and guests
Answer and effectively triage all incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
Assist with the handling of inquiry calls and tours
Monitor the front lobby to ensure the safety and security of the community
