Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Above-average typing and computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Answer and direct inbound calls promptly and courteously
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about company services
  • Manage administrative duties including accounts payable inquiries and expense reporting
  • Process customer payments and prepare bank deposits
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
  • Support branch and management teams with clerical and operational tasks
