Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of office practices, technology applications, and patient insurances

Job Duties
- Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices
- Support the PPE process by facilitating patient comfort and continuous connection
- Schedule appointments to ensure smooth, productive days for healthcare providers
- Interact and communicate with patients and guests in the reception area
- Answer telephones promptly and manage calls efficiently
- Complete all tasks on the front office checklist daily
- Post payments to patient accounts according to company policies
- Act as subject matter expert in practice management system for patient registration and account accuracy
- Efficiently manage patient check-in and notify back office of arrivals
- Confirm all patient appointments in accordance with office policies
- Return and resolve patient messages in a timely manner
- Participate actively in daily morning huddles and team meetings
- Understand business imperatives and impact metrics
- Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand framework
- Support clinicians with patient education on the Mouth-Body Connection
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal policies
- Perform other assigned duties
