Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Enrollment in a cosmetology, barbering or hair technician program
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Ability to handle customer interactions calmly
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Currently enrolled in cosmetology, barbering or hair technician program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of salon operations and retail products
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Customer service oriented
Ability to work flexible schedules including peak hours

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers
Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes, Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
Process transactions and issue receipts
Manage customer flow between check in and the service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
Answer phone calls and provide information
Update customer records with contact information
Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
