Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination
- Depth perception
- Ability to hear equipment from a distance
- 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- Minimum one year experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful

Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments
- Create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- Report to the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures
