Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
Strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Knowledge of retail products is a plus

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers
Communicate and educate customers on salon processes including Online Check-in and Wait Time Monitor
Process transactions and issue receipts
Maintain general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
Manage the flow of customers between check in and service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front desk and lobby area
Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries
