Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Notify appropriate staff of guest arrivals and ensure a positive first impression
- Open, scan, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Handle outgoing mail and packages as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, beverages, and other essentials
- Coordinate restocking to ensure availability at all times
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and manage the front desk email inbox
- Assist with scheduling, filing, checks and other administrative tasks as needed to support office operations
