Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative support preferably in a childcare setting
  • Experience may be substituted for lesser educational degree
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to pass background screening including criminal and drug screening
  • Ability to handle cash receipts and deposits
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm, focused and professional in large group or high stress situations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative support preferred, ideally in a childcare setting
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Detail-oriented with basic math skills
  • Ability to handle cash receipts and deposits
  • Knowledge of general business tasks and procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide front desk coverage during scheduled hours
  • Greet members, parents, and visitors and ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures
  • Assist with member pick-up and distribute membership and program information
  • Arrange and conduct Club tours as necessary
  • Answer telephone calls and direct them to appropriate extensions
  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
  • Maintain an orderly and professional front desk environment
  • Serve as a positive role model to members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
