Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative support preferably in a childcare setting
- Experience may be substituted for lesser educational degree
- Experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to pass background screening including criminal and drug screening
- Ability to handle cash receipts and deposits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm, focused and professional in large group or high stress situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative support preferred, ideally in a childcare setting
- Experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Detail-oriented with basic math skills
- Ability to handle cash receipts and deposits
- Knowledge of general business tasks and procedures
Job Duties
- Provide front desk coverage during scheduled hours
- Greet members, parents, and visitors and ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures
- Assist with member pick-up and distribute membership and program information
- Arrange and conduct Club tours as necessary
- Answer telephone calls and direct them to appropriate extensions
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
- Maintain an orderly and professional front desk environment
- Serve as a positive role model to members
- Perform other duties as assigned
