Job Duties

  • Warmly greet customers
  • communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes including online check-in and wait time monitor
  • process transactions and issue receipts
  • possess general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
  • manage customer flow between check-in and service
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front desk and lobby area
  • manage answering phone
  • inform customers about services
  • update customer records with contact information
  • assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
  • commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
