Job Requirements

  • At least one year experience in healthcare or customer service
  • bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • strong organizational skills
  • must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • willing to undergo tuberculosis screening

Job Qualifications

  • One year or more experience in healthcare or customer service
  • bilingual in English and Spanish
  • knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
  • excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • team player with a positive attitude
  • attention to detail and high organization skills
  • experience with value-based care model preferred
  • knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • experience with EMR systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • accommodate visitors and manage visitor access
  • operate multi-line phone system and maintain long distance call logs
  • take and distribute accurate messages
  • greet visitors and issue visitor passes
  • respond to routine inquiries about the organization
  • book meeting rooms and manage calendar scheduling
  • organize and distribute mail and courier packages
