Pigtails & Crewcuts is a high-end, high-volume children's hair salon franchise with nearly 50 locations across the country. This family-owned and locally operated establishment is dedicated to creating a fun, memorable, and comfortable experience for children and their parents. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Patience and comfort in working with children
Strong multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills
Reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
Manage appointment scheduling and front desk operations
Assist in managing the flow of customers, including families and children
Support team members by multitasking and providing assistance throughout the day
Deliver outstanding customer service that aligns with the Pigtails & Crewcuts mission
Handle phone calls and inquiries effectively
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting reception area
