Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • ability to operate telephone switchboard
  • proficiency in typing and filing
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to follow procedures and solve straightforward problems without consistent discretion
  • availability to perform clerical and administrative support tasks
  • work under supervision with limited autonomy

Job Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to operate a phone switchboard
  • proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to work under direct supervision with little autonomy
  • customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Answering and placing telephone calls
  • operating company switchboard
  • notifying appropriate parties of arriving calls, customers, and visitors
  • providing administrative support including typing, filing, copying, and coordinating calendars
  • greeting customers, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors in a courteous and timely manner
  • sorting and routing mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery
  • coordinating meetings and organizing catering
  • following clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks
  • using basic communication skills to address internal and external clients and team members
  • performing all other duties as assigned by management
