Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- Minimum one year experience in a customer or patient facing role

Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors (external) and fellow employees (internal)
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- Report to the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes through company approved procedures
- Support plasma center operations with administrative tasks
- Exhibit professional and courteous demeanor at all times
