Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and accept direction
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office and other software programs
- Demonstrated keyboarding skills required

Job Duties
- Answers and directs the callers to the appropriate associates directing to voicemail and taking messages when required
- Greets and directs visitors to the company
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
- Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail
- Maintains and routes publications
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
- Applies 5 Star customer service approach in all aspects of job
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
- Reports to appropriate managers any known or suspected violations of policy and procedures, regulations or standards of conduct
- Performs additional duties as assigned
