Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with office equipment and computer software
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Job Duties
- Ensure that clients and guests are received at the front desk during business hours by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately, providing an overall welcoming environment
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite friendly manner keeping detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Receive deliveries
- sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Coordinate building security access by activating/deactivating key fobs as needed
- Assist with catering and set up of on-site events and meetings
- Other duties as assigned
