Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess clear verbal and written communication skills
- Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills
- Have a positive and energetic attitude
- Be professional in appearance and conduct
- Have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
- Must be criminally cleared
- Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
- This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping most of the day
- Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening

Job Duties
- Be the "first face" of the community providing exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Answer or help find answers to questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees in person or by telephone
- Assist the administrative team in completing assigned tasks
- Ensure phone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds as required
- Perform active duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
