Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a minimum of a SECRET government security clearance and advanced security checks
- High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and assist them in processing through the visitor identification and badging process according to standard operating procedures
- Work with visitor sponsors/coordinators to prepare visitor badges and other actions as required to provide superior customer service
- Protect and control personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with local procedures
- Send, receive and verify personnel security clearances via DISS
- Perform random security inspections and enforce local policy regarding introductions of prohibited items into the facility
- Receive and disseminate incoming mail and sign for packages
- Monitor personnel entering the facility to ensure they are authorized and display proper identification
