Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and courteousness
- Knowledge of office equipment use
- Availability to work on a contract basis in Austin, Texas
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and organized first impression
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it operates efficiently
- Coordinate courier services and handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Utilize office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to complete various administrative tasks
- Support security by monitoring visitor access and issuing passes as needed
- Assist with preparing and distributing mailers and other communications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
