Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and courteousness
  • Knowledge of office equipment use
  • Availability to work on a contract basis in Austin, Texas

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and organized first impression
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it operates efficiently
  • Coordinate courier services and handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Utilize office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to complete various administrative tasks
  • Support security by monitoring visitor access and issuing passes as needed
  • Assist with preparing and distributing mailers and other communications
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
