Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • genuine interest in working with elderly individuals
  • willingness to undergo state-mandated screening process for employment
  • residency within the state of Kentucky
  • ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor
  • availability to work scheduled shifts as required

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in senior living or healthcare is a plus but not mandatory
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse audience
  • compassionate and empathetic attitude towards elderly residents
  • ability to perform administrative tasks including faxing and photocopying
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Deliver high-quality customer service with warmth and professionalism
  • answer and transfer calls, take detailed messages, and ensure prompt communication
  • distribute resident and office mail, acting as a key link in the information chain
  • fax, photocopy, and assist with file maintenance, becoming a pivotal support resource
  • maintain front desk and lobby areas, reflecting our commitment to cleanliness and comfort
  • work closely with other departments, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment
