Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1 to 3 years experience working with elderly clients
- Ability to handle various tasks such as managing phones and alarms
- Ability to interact well with the public
- Ability to quickly understand the nature of the business
- Ability to handle difficult situations such as customer complaints and emergency situations
- Ability to handle several situations at once with poise and confidence in a busy setting
- Must be able to pass a background, drug screen and fingerprints as required by the Cascades policy

- Respond to doorbells promptly
- Monitor security alarms and call lights
- Manage telephone calls efficiently
- Greet and assist visitors
