Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1 to 3 years experience working with elderly clients
  • Ability to handle various tasks such as managing phones and alarms
  • Ability to interact well with the public
  • Ability to quickly understand the nature of the business
  • Ability to handle difficult situations such as customer complaints and emergency situations
  • Ability to handle several situations at once with poise and confidence in a busy setting
  • Must be able to pass a background, drug screen and fingerprints as required by the Cascades policy
