Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer experience role
  • Ability to work onsite Monday to Friday

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors professionally and ensure a smooth check-in experience
  • Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area
  • Oversee calendars for internal showrooms and assist teams in space negotiation
  • Monitor workplace tools for operational requests and seating changes, ensuring timely responses
  • Assist in ideation and implementation of workplace experience initiatives
  • Oversee day-to-day showroom activities and support large events such as Market, Press Days, and investor walkthroughs
  • Conduct showroom walkthroughs with vendors to repair and maintain showroom appearance
  • Balance multiple priorities and respond to urgent needs while managing daily tasks smoothly
  • Support general office requests and workplace questions
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Corporate Facilities team including PTO coverage and operational needs
