Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet visitors professionally and ensure a smooth check-in experience
- Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area
- Oversee calendars for internal showrooms and assist teams in space negotiation
- Monitor workplace tools for operational requests and seating changes, ensuring timely responses
- Assist in ideation and implementation of workplace experience initiatives
- Oversee day-to-day showroom activities and support large events such as Market, Press Days, and investor walkthroughs
- Conduct showroom walkthroughs with vendors to repair and maintain showroom appearance
- Balance multiple priorities and respond to urgent needs while managing daily tasks smoothly
- Support general office requests and workplace questions
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Corporate Facilities team including PTO coverage and operational needs
