Job Duties
- Act as the first point of contact, providing a welcoming and cheerful reception to all guests entering the establishment
- Strategically manage the restaurant seating plan, accurately quote wait times, and escort guests to their designated tables, ensuring a balanced workload for the service staff
- Assist the management team by taking reservations, handling phone inquiries, processing carry-out orders accurately, and maintaining a tidy, organized host stand area
