Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in reception, customer service, or office support preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work up to 32 hours per week with flexible scheduling
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • order and replenish snacks and office supplies regularly
  • assist with ordering group lunches and set up for meetings and events
  • communicate with building management about facilities or service needs
  • support event setup and coordination
  • work with the Office Manager to maintain a clean, professional, and fun office environment
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • schedule appointments and support basic administrative tasks as needed
