Job Duties

  • drive sales on every shift - smash targets through upselling product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
  • understand daily goals and challenges working with your team to succeed
  • check guests in efficiently while providing clear information about their activities and experiences
  • take pride in your venue making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
  • follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
  • maintain a tidy organized reception area
  • take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs
