Job Requirements
- Valid state of Hawaii driver's license and clean driving abstract highly preferred
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification required
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to meet physical demands including sitting, standing, walking, handling, reaching, and vision requirements
- Willingness to work flexible schedule and fill in for shifts as needed
- Commitment to following company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or university or one year supervisory experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Professional presence and demeanor representing the company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Supervisory skills including interviewing, training, and performance management
Job Duties
- Oversee reception desk and shuttle services ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to life safety procedures
- Supervise and train receptionists and drivers
- Manage resident, family, and guest inquiries
- Respond to emergencies according to company policies
- Perform reception and shuttle duties as needed
- Ensure staffing coordination including scheduling and shift coverage
- Participate in hiring, retention, and performance evaluation of reception desk and shuttle staff
