Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Extend a cordial and professional greeting to visitors, clients, and personnel
- Utilize a multi-line phone system to manage the handling and distribution of incoming telephone calls promptly
- Organize the registration, checkout, and appointment scheduling tasks as appropriate
- Preserve a clean, structured, and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk and lobby
- Conduct basic administrative duties including data entry, filing paperwork, and handling mail distribution
- Manage visitor access and uphold security measures as deemed fit
- Facilitate seamless operations through proactive and effective communication strategies with other departments
- Answer inquiries and settle disputes, or redirect them to the relevant personnel
