Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum six months relevant work experience or demonstrated customer service experience
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to pass and maintain security clearances such as SIDA, TWIC, and CJIS
  • Willingness to obtain forklift certification provided on the job
  • Ability to work on-site full-time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum six months relevant work or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of US Postal and UPS packaging regulations and processes
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer programs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to perform high volume work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and office operations
  • Ability to operate forklift and equipment
  • Experience with printer and copier fleets

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and direct them to appropriate meeting organizers
  • Handle phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
  • Validate parking for guests and staff and maintain lobby cleanliness
  • Administer badges and manage conference room calendars
  • Support bid and proposal management processes as needed
  • Manage internal mail and deliveries and cover Distribution Services duties
  • Provide general facilities support including conference room setups and equipment maintenance
  • Coordinate surplus sales of lost-and-found and other assets
  • Assist with payment processing and disposal requests
