Job Duties
- Greet patients, family and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and directing visitors appropriately
- Create a safe and inviting environment in the reception and lobby areas
- Assist clinical staff by supporting operations within the reception areas
- Provide information and assistance to patients and guests navigating the hospital facilities
- Serve as a compassionate presence for patients who may not have family or friends available during their visit
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in lobby and reception spaces
