Job Duties

  • Greet patients, family and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and directing visitors appropriately
  • Create a safe and inviting environment in the reception and lobby areas
  • Assist clinical staff by supporting operations within the reception areas
  • Provide information and assistance to patients and guests navigating the hospital facilities
  • Serve as a compassionate presence for patients who may not have family or friends available during their visit
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in lobby and reception spaces
