Job Duties
- greet patients, families and visitors with a welcoming and friendly demeanor
- provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering assistance
- create a safe and supportive environment for all guests in the reception and lobby areas
- support clinical staff by facilitating communication and logistics in public areas
- provide information and assistance to patients, guests, team members, and visitors
- serve as a compassionate presence for patients without family or friends available during visits
- manage lobby area operations to ensure smooth patient flow and positive experience
