- ability to communicate with patients, visitors, and coworkers
- ability to utilize various computer software packages for user support and education
- moderate proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required

Job Duties
- Greet patients, family, and visitors
- provide excellent customer service
- create a safe and friendly environment for guests
- provide information, assistance, and support to patients, guests, team members, and visitors within lobby areas
- support clinical staff within reception and lobby areas
- fill the gap for patients without family or friends available for visits
- utilize various computer software packages to assist with user support and education
