Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience required
  • ability to communicate with patients, visitors, and coworkers
  • ability to utilize various computer software packages for user support and education
  • moderate proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • self-motivated and highly curious
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet patients, family, and visitors
  • provide excellent customer service
  • create a safe and friendly environment for guests
  • provide information, assistance, and support to patients, guests, team members, and visitors within lobby areas
  • support clinical staff within reception and lobby areas
  • fill the gap for patients without family or friends available for visits
  • utilize various computer software packages to assist with user support and education
